TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL PACKAGES

Valid from January 1st through December 31st, 2025. Wedding events must be scheduled at least one month in advance. Wedding packages, dates, and locations are subject to availability at each hotel. The use of the beach as a location for events carries an additional cost except for the ceremony in the O Romance package. Friday, Saturday and Sunday for weddings during the high season are reserved only with O For you or O Romance packages. Please verify availability with your O Weddings executive. To carry out your wedding at Oasis Hotels & Resorts, 80% of all your guests must be staying at the host hotel with an all-inclusive plan. In the O Ceremony package, All guests must stay at the host hotel. We do not perform weddings on arrival date neither on the departure date of the wedding group. For wedding guests not staying at the host hotel, additional charges will apply, for the amount specified on each package. Minimum stay requirements may apply for rooms, depending on the season.

The ceremony included in all packages is a symbolic ceremony officiated by a minister of peace, and it lasts up to 25 minutes. For Symbolic or Mayan ceremony, the bride and groom must arrive 2 full business days before the wedding date. The Mayan ceremony has an additional cost of $900 USD for any package. For Legal ceremony, the wedding couple must arrive 3 full business days before the wedding date. Legal ceremony for foreigners has an additional cost for any package. The cost includes legal paperwork, prenuptial blood tests, non-alimony debtor certificate, and marriage certificate (essential requirements by law in the state of Quintana Roo), which must be completed in Quintana Roo, Mexico, within 15 days before the wedding. For a legal ceremony, the documentation must be completed 15 business days before the wedding; if it is not completed on time, the ceremony can be canceled, and no refunds shall be applied.

The areas for private events are assigned according to the number of guests, availability, and operation of the host hotel. The locations and their structures are not subject to modifications for events. Gardens are not available for events in the Cancun hotels. Our packages do not include decoration. The settings included vary according to each package and are subject to the customer request. The cake’s maximum size is for 80 people at the Oasis hotels in Cancun; however, we provide enough for all guests.

The wedding packages must be paid in full 1 month before the wedding date. No refunds will apply in case of cancellation for any reason. A service fee will be applied for the access of external vendors of, such as floristry, decoration, furniture, audiovisual services, live musicians, photography, video, makeup artist, and hair stylist. External providers (not in-house) must pay an access fee for the service, which does not include food, drinks or use of facilities. Consult the price of this fee with your O Weddings expert. For special guest registration, the arrival of 100% of the group at the same time is required and is subject to hotel operation. Events on holidays are subject to additional charge and availability.• Benefits are nontransferable, and cannot be exchanged for other discounts, stays, or other hotel services. Price reductions will not be applied in case of unused services or benefits. Prices in USD are subject to change without prior notice. All rates include taxes.
